Venue and Accommodations
The Pendennis is a historic building in downtown Edmonton. We chose this venue for its incredible view of the river valley, outdoor spaces, accessibility, and great non-traditional aesthetic. We’re excited to see what it looks like filled with our favourite people.

Accommodations
We have people coming from literally across the country - from Halifax to Victoria and obviously, Yellowknife. Most of us have lived in Edmonton at one point or another, but we wanted to make accommodations easy and close to the venue.
There are many places to stay in downtown Edmonton, but the nearest hotel to our venue is the Double Tree by Hilton, just two blocks east of The Pendennis. We’ve set up a booking link with the hotel for any of our guests who want to stay there at a small discount. These rooms are available until April 22nd, 2026. We’re not on the hook for a certain number of bookings, so only stay at the Double Tree if the proximity to the venue is appealing to you!
